Negotiate and Complete
This where we step up and earn our stripes. We will negotiate for the best price and terms. We also can supply contact to our extended team of professionals to support you to close the purchase.
Step 6
Manage and Monitor
An important function often overlooked after you have completed your purchase. We track the performance of your property and provide 6 monthly reports. It’s called after sales service – often overlooked by other real estate companies
